BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE SEEN!!! I am an IT professional and was in the process of repairing the manager's computer when a customer came in with an out of warranty issue. His transmission was 1300 miles outside of the warranty and was starting to slip. The manager, Mark, jumped right in and offered to resolve the issue FREE OF CHARGE, without any argument whatsoever. They had the car pulled in and the transmission out of it before I finished his computer. I was incredibly impressed! In the automotive repair industry, this is not the standard or the norm. If I had a similar issue, I would expect to have to argue, cry, yell, talk to the owner, complain to the corporate office, and probably still have to come out of pocket. I will definitely recommend Mark and the guys at AAMCO Transmissions of Brandon to everyone I know.
